Supporting emotional wellbeing at every stage of life. I am an accredited mobile wellness counsellor offering on-site sessions at nursery, primary and high schools — as well as talk therapy for adults. My goal is to help children, teens, and adults feel confident, understood, and emotionally equipped to handle life’s challenges. I have a broad understanding of learning difficulties, including, but not limited to, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, SPD, RSD, HEDS, IIH, GAD and grief. What I offer: •Child & Teen Counselling: anxiety, behaviour, emotional regulation, self-esteem •Adult Talk Therapy: stress, overwhelm, trauma recovery, life transitions •Early identification of learning difficulties •Parent guidance for calmer, more connected homes •Educator development & wellness sessions Why families and individuals trust me: With a master's in psychological intervention in learning difficulties, Montessori ECD qualifications, a PGCE and NBI® accreditation, I combine strong clinical knowledge with a warm, practical approach. I am also trained in emotion-based psychotherapy, Sand Tray. Therapy, retained primitive reflexes, and the STREPCO therapeutic approach. I view every person — child or adult — as capable, resilient and full of potential. My role is to create a safe, compassionate space. where growth can happen. Based on these reasons, I also started a small registered home school centre for learners struggling in main-stream.
