The Frankie Journey
About
The Frankie Journey helps little minds move from “what if” to “even if” through story, imagination and meaningful connection. Created by South African author and mother of three, Gabriella Szabo and brought to life through the beautiful illustrations of Elena Van Renen, mother of two, The Frankie Journey is a children’s book brand dedicated to nurturing emotionally resilient, confident and connected little hearts. Through engaging stories, practical tools and faith-inspired conversations, we help parents guide young children through their worries, build healthy thought patterns and discover a greater sense of courage and security. Our debut picture book, Frankie’s “What-Ifs” Finally Lift, introduces children to a gentle, practical way of navigating anxious thoughts and replacing fearful “what ifs” with hopeful “even ifs”. Rooted in the importance of connection, imagination and faith, The Frankie Journey equips parents with meaningful ways to support their children’s emotional development from an early age. Designed especially for young children aged 2–10 and the parents who walk alongside them, The Frankie Journey is about more than books. It’s about growing connected, resilient hearts, one little journey at a time.
