Iām a TRE provider and Cranio Sacral Therapist as well as an intuitive guide using muscle testing. I absolutely love the connection between moms and their children and helping them to support their nervous systems and facilitate connection and healing.
Cranio Sacral Therapy can help release trauma and tension linked to pregnancy and birth, and help shift into calm - supporting sleep and behaviour ā¤ļø
For older children Cranio can help release eye strain, reduce headaches, and support the body through experiences of concussion and physical or emotional stress.
Sometimes moms/parents need Cranio too! We carry so much as we hold it all together - Cranio is often a moment to reconnect with yourself š
I use muscle testing to guide and support families in helping to consider supplement usage or what may be contributing to challenges. I love teaching parents how to muscle test for themselves and offer workshops every few months to share this tool.
