During labour, I offer a steady, reassuring presence, practical comfort measures, grounding techniques and support for navigating the intensity of birth. Postpartum support focuses on nurturing the mother as she recovers and adjusts to life with her baby, providing a listening ear, emotional reassurance and practical assistance as your family settles into its new rhythm.
