Supporting emotional wellbeing at every stage of life. I am an accredited mobile wellness counsellor offering on-site sessions at nursery, primary and high schools, as well as talk therapy for adults. My goal is to help children, teens, and adults feel confident, understood, and emotionally equipped to handle life’s challenges. I have a broad understanding of learning difficulties, including, but not limited to, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, SPD, RSD, HEDS, IIH, GAD and grief.

With a master's in psychological intervention in learning difficulties, Montessori ECD qualifications, a PGCE and NBI® accreditation, I combine strong clinical knowledge with a warm, practical approach. I am also trained in emotion-based psychotherapy, Sand Tray.

I view every person, child or adult, as capable, resilient and full of potential. My role is to create a safe, compassionate space.
