By creating a vendor profile, listing, or advertisement on TheMothersBlock, the vendor expressly represents and warrants that:

• All information provided on the platform is true, accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• The vendor is a legitimate business or service provider operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• Any professional qualifications, licences, certifications, accreditations, or claims listed are valid and legally held by the vendor.
• The vendor has the legal authority to advertise and provide the services described.

The vendor acknowledges that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes misrepresentation and may result in immediate removal from the platform.

Each vendor is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of all information submitted.
• Ensuring that services offered comply with applicable South African laws and regulations.
• Maintaining updated and correct business information at all times.

TheMothersBlock does not independently verify every claim, credential, or statement made by vendors listed on the platform.

TheMothersBlock operates solely as a digital discovery and listing platform connecting parents with businesses, professionals, and services. Accordingly:

• TheMothersBlock does not endorse, guarantee, or certify the accuracy of vendor information.
• The platform shall not be liable for any loss, damages, harm, or disputes arising from reliance on vendor information, representations, or services.
• Any engagement, agreement, or transaction between a user and a vendor occurs entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
• To the fullest extent permitted under South African law, TheMothersBlock disclaims liability for any false representation, omission, or misstatement made by vendors on the platform.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheMothersBlock, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, legal actions, or costs arising from:

• False or misleading information submitted by the vendor
• Misrepresentation of services, qualifications, or credentials
• Any unlawful or negligent activity carried out by the vendor
• Any dispute between the vendor and a platform user

This indemnity applies to all claims arising from the vendor's presence on the platform.

TheMothersBlock reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Remove or suspend any listing that appears inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful.
• Request proof of qualifications, certifications, or licensing where applicable.
• Permanently ban vendors who breach the platform's integrity standards.

No refund or compensation will be provided where removal occurs due to misrepresentation.
